Residential College Director
Yolande Graham is the Dunham College Residential College Director is in charge of the overall supervision of residents and the physical structure of the College. Yolande supervises the Graduate Tutors in their residential responsibilities, supervises desk and other residential staff, advises the College Council and other student organizations in the College, and serves as the day-to-day contact with Housing and Food Services.
Yolande graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Communications and then went to Baylor for her graduate degree.
Assistant Senior Fellow
Zac Stevens is the Dunham College Assistant Senior Fellow. He manages the daily administrative operations of the College including the direct supervision of other administrative staff and the Graduate Tutors. Zac also assists with College Council activities, coordinates events in both the social and the academic realm of the college, cultivates campus partnerships, organizes the Dunham College Seminars, acts as liaison to faculty and departments offering courses with the residential college designation and coordinates alumni and college communications.
Zac graduated from OU with a degree in Journalism in 2000 and a masters degree in Adult and Higher Education in 2002. His wife, Lori, also works at OU and they have an 8-year old boy.
Cierra Diehr is the Dunham College Administrative Assistant and oversees the day-to-day operations of the College, including office management, accounting, room reservations, scheduling, hospitality and a variety of other tasks that pop up each day.
Cierra graduated from OU with a degree in Health and Exercise Science.
The Graduate Tutors are academic mentors to the College Fellows. The Graduate Tutors live in the College and work with hall councils, the College Council, the Faculty Fellows, and the leadership team to provide programming, social experiences, and academic experiences including Residential College seminars and other College events, and traditional RA functions designed to foster community and maintain a safe living environment.
The Resident Mentors are College Fellows that work with the Resident College Director to establish and maintain a safe living environment. As College Fellows, the Resident Mentors are encouraged to participate with their fellow students in the enrichment activities provided by the College Council, Faculty Fellows, and Senior Fellows.
